Well, I am never much of a leveler in RPGs, so when it was time to go fight the optional Demon Wall in FFXII for a Demonsbane, it was quite a painful process. Had to spam quickening chains, and it did not help that I had no elixiers, and only 2 ethers. Maybe I should go grind for a bit. Hmm. But did get through, and now Ashe holds a shiny overpowered sword for her current level.

If you really wanna be overpowered for that level go to the Bhujerba mines and camp the special Bat spawn which drops Golden Armor. You'll get that armor later on down the road but for quite a few levels you'll have an invincible tank.
