Seth/Eirika
I bet you guys did not see this coming. Totally. I think I liked this pairing straight from the prologue of the game, after Seth took a lance in the shoulder for her. I  always thought Seth had a soft spot for her in the game script, even excluding their support conversations. Not just because of her status as the princess of his nation. Vice versa as well, comparing the way Eirika and Ephraim talk to him in their respective routes.  Of course, interpretation might vary. However, when he said, "It is my charge. It is my hope" against Orson, I always think 'charge' refers to Eirika.

Relationship wise, I  think it is well-grounded. They probably had known each other for a while, what with Seth apparently being quite favored by the King. He was entrusted with the knowledge of the bracelet too, when the situation became dire. So, I think they mesh well together. And that is not even getting to my natural preference for knights.

Ephraim/Tana
Tana seems a little clingy from the support conversation, but on the other hand, I see potentially how she may have been neglected in all those years where Ephraim and Innes were too busy challenging each other.  Finally here she gets to let off steam a little in some heart-to-heart talk... On the battlefield. Then again, you do have Forde painting on a battlefield as well, from his support conversation, so...

I  guess I like the sense that perhaps, finally after all these years, her feelings are returned.

Out of all the possible 'canon' pairings, at least.
Not quite as severe as the title implies, but I just feel their support conversations show almost no signs of romance, just a princess curious about a faraway place.

Valter is self explanatory enough, I think.

Kyle/Syrene
I take it as a pairing I  do write. Which, other than Seth/Eirika, is close to non-existent. I  do drop hints of this in the sci-fi!Magvel continuity though, specifically Homecoming.

I like how they first meet ten years ago. By chance, but it brings a sense of romance into it all. For me, at least.

L'arachel/Anyone
Because she is... L'arachel, living on another plane of thought altogether. I do have a fondness for her and Ephraim together though, due to the hilarity of their support.

The conversation was cute, as was the implication that she likes Gerik in her support with Tethys.. But it just seems Gerik with Tethys is more... natural.

I think enough people like it to warrant it fitting the first part. It just sounds like Innes treats her as a prize to be won in their support.

I would do this meme but my answers would almost all be the same as yours, I think. ;)

It's interesting to note that Seth mentions Eirika in some of his supports with other characters, including with Natasha. Also, in his support with Cormag he says that King Fado treated him like a second son so he really does seem to have had a privileged position in Renais. He isn't really "just a knight" like he claims.

I feel the same way about Kyle/Syrene. I quite like their supports and sort of hint at them now and then but I've never really had the impetus to focus on it.

As for Eirika Innes I've always been inordinately amused by the fact that in their supports Inness continued to be obsessed with Ephraim rather than Eirika, who appears more confused at the end of the A support than anything else.

Yeah, that is what I notice as well when researching the game scripts and support conversation. He may feel he is just a knight, thus ensuring that he continues to work hard despite the privileged position. Something that Orson might have picked up.

Kyle/Syrene... I just do not have much chance to squeeze them into my fics, hence the small debate he had with regards to the operation plans in Homecoming was to hint at such feelings.

Not necessarily a sexual obsession, but yeaaaah. Definitely obsessed in a way or another.
